TOOLING & FIRST ARTICLE APPROVAL Our tooling is designed to meet customer specifications while maintaining strict quality tolerances through all production runs. Our first article inspection process ensures all products meet specified design requirements. Pre-production sample approval is required for all new manufactured parts. Production does not proceed without the customer’s written approval.
PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION AT FACTORY Our pre-shipment inspections ensure product leaving the factory meets required specifications well before product arrives. These inspections are a vital component of our overall quality assurance.
RECEIVING INSPECTION IN USA Receiving inspection is performed on all incoming product to ensure quality, reliability, and conformance to print.

PACKAGING, LABELING, AND BAR CODING All product is packaged and labeled to ensure clear identification and protection while in transit. We also accommodate special customer labeling/barcoding and packaging requirements.
